Type in your username You will receive a link to your email, through which you can change your password. In spring 2019 this service started to use email addresses as usernames instead of separate login usernames. Therefore your username is the email address you registered your username to. The password recovery link will be sent to your email, if your username is not locked due to too many incorrect login attempts. If your username is locked, it will be locked for two hours. You can order a new password when your username is unlocked again. Notice, that there might occur a slight time delay on receiving the password recovery email after ordering one. Also, if you don’t receive the message after waiting a while, be sure to check your spam folder! Public administrative usernames have not been changed.
