Hey, why föli taking weird amount money all time from my card? My card was -3.00 eur föli took it off and then took extra 8 eur also! Bus ticket cost 3 eur from bank card not 4 eur

thank you for your feedback. The system automatically calculates the cheapest ticket for you based on the journeys you make.
You can be charged for a single ticket, a day ticket or a 7-day ticket. Payments are not made in real time, but are usually updated around midnight. So it may well be that that 4 euros will change within a day or a week of your first trip. It is difficult to tell from the receipt alone, as it does not show the necessary information.
I would first ask you to check the charges on your account for your previous trips and compare them with the bank charges. It is very rare for the system to take extra charges. You can see the trips made here: shop.foli.fi/shop/emv.jsf
However, if you still notice an error, you can contact our customer service team to have the payment checked and to have any incorrectly charged fees refunded. We will need the first six (6) and last four (4) digits of the payment card used to resolve the matter. Please also be aware that if the payment was made from a mobile card connected to your phone, we will need the virtual card number. We should also be told the travel times of the last trip and the bus number. You can also see the last journey here: kauppa.foli.fi/shop/emv.jsf
